The view from my room was amazing, overlooking the Bay of Naples, and being just a short walk from the Royal Palace of Naples made my city strolls incredibly enjoyable. however, the shower could use a little updating.

Highly Recommend for Couples
Staff was incredibly friendly,, especially Enrico at the front desk who was always ready to help us with local tips. The rooftop pool area was like a slice of paradise,, with views that literally take your breath away.
It was a bit pricey,, but I think it was still acceptable for what we got.

I stayed for two nights and enjoyed the breathtaking views from my room. The breakfast had a good selection. One time, we faced a problem with the elevator being busy, but taking the beautiful stairs made up for it. I noticed a certain charm in the way the furnishings blended with the history of the place, reflecting my love for art and culture as an art historian from New York.
The breakfast team showed a lack of customer skills. I found the lift needed improvement due to high demand, and it often required waiting.

The rooftop pool area offers stunning views of the city and the bay, framed by unique rock features and a charming garden. Breakfast provides a diverse selection, including local pastries and cheeses, served alongside incredible panoramic vistas.
While I enjoyed the historic character of the hotel, the room decor felt outdated and neglected, with some plumbing fixtures missing parts. Noise from rooftop events disturbed my sleep during my stay, and the lack of coffee-making facilities in the room was a letdown. Although the charming atmosphere was inviting, the steep walk back to the hotel from the funicular station can be taxing after a long day of exploring.

We loved our stay in the Superior Room with a stunning view of the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. The rooftop pool and cozy garden area were perfect for relaxation! Just a heads up, the cleaning staff came a bit too early for our liking, but it didn't ruin our experience at all. If you're looking for a unique spot with character, don't miss out! 🌅
